Guy Sanchez, Jr. began in the real estate industry since a very young age with a strong sense of passion and commitment to the real estate industry. He comes from a family of real estate professionals. After 15 years in the South Florida real estate industry and 10 years Caribbean real estate industry he made his way to Central Florida where he has always wanted to apply his knowledge and experience within the central Florida real estate industry to assist his family in the allocation of the family land trust throughout central Florida.

Guy Sanchez, Jr. Has vast experience in many areas of the real estate industry from residential, Luxury home sales and commercial real estate. He has served in roles from real estate management and Real Estate Executive Business Development in the Caribbean. He relocated to central Florida in 2016 and continued his career in real estate management and was offered a great opportunity to serve as Vice President Broker Manager for the Watson Realty Corp leading the SW Orlando office from 2017 to 2026. As a seasoned REALTOR® manager with Watson at the Orlando SW office, he excelled the brokerage to become a productive team of top producing associates and was awarded company Broker of the Year in 2021. He is currently a Broker Sales Associate serving the central Florida area including Orlando, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, Lake Nona, Belle Isle, Gotha, Kissimmee, Reunion, Celebration and Davenport.

Guy Sanchez, Jr.  is a license Florida Real Estate Instructor since 2004. He is a Florida Real Estate Instructor with the Watson School of Real Estate and a company trainer. In 2004 he was appointed by the Florida Governor to serve on the Florida Real Estate Commission. He served as Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission he served from 2000 to 2005. In 2017 he was re-appointed by another sitting Governor to serve on the Florida Real Estate Commission from 2017 to 2021.

Guy Sanchez, Jr. has kept strong community ties throughout his real estate career, while serving on different local municipal and county boards or committees. He served on the city of Orlando Planning & Zoning board. He is a former elected official and decorated Gulf War Veteran.

He had held several leadership positions in the local Orlando Regional Realtors Association, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He holds over 9 real estate professional designations including CIPS, CRB, CRS, RSPS, MRP, SFR, E-Pro, AHWD, TRC. He holds an associate degree from Miami College in Political Science with Governmental Studies from Florida International University.

Guy Sanchez, Jr. is married to a fellow real estate professional who also has over 30 years of real estate experience serving as a real estate broker associate with Watson Realty Corp.
